jdmbair13m5-changelog-20260823-0350-local-llm-fleet-maintenance
Normalized this M5 Air's fleet-agent configuration, repaired its missing statusline bundle, and installed current Ollama models with a privacy-safe benchmark.
Scope and changes
- Reconciled
~/.claude/CLAUDE.md,~/.codex/AGENTS.md,~/.gemini/GEMINI.md, and~/.agent-coordination/FLEET.mdwith the canonical remote project roots onrdmsm4x:/Users/richh/dev. - Repaired the missing Claude/agy/Codex statusline sync bundle;
backup:
/Users/richh/.agent-coordination/backups/statusline-sync-20260823T024635. - Completed
/Users/richh/dev_update.zsh; no outdated Homebrew formulae or greedy casks remained. Existing Xcode first-launch, pip, and Docker notices were left unchanged because they are unrelated to the LLM benchmark lane. - Verified Claude Code 2.1.241, Codex CLI 0.149.0, agy 1.1.19, Antigravity 2.9.1, Antigravity IDE 2.5.5, and Ollama 0.32.15.
- Installed
qwen3.8:27b-mlxandqwen3.5:35b-mlxand saved a deterministic synthetic Qwen 3.8 27B result through/Users/richh/scripts/benchmark_ollama_synthetic_v1.0.py.
Verification and privacy
- Topology audit passed all six hosts and the statusline hashes now match the fleet baseline.
- The TCC audit found one explicit denial: Terminal developer-tool access. This affects Terminal-based Xcode/developer workflows, not the completed loopback benchmark.
- The benchmark read no personal files or histories, discarded generated text, used only a loopback endpoint, and serialized a pseudonymous hardware label.
Undo and owner actions
- Restore the statusline files from the dated backup only if the synchronized footer regresses.
- Remove an Ollama model only with
ollama rm <model>after owner review. - If Terminal will run Xcode/test tooling on this Mac, enable Terminal in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Tools from its local GUI.
- Complete Ollama sign-in in the correct account lane if desired; no email/account identity was transmitted by this run.
