Summary of Changes

1. AGY Auto-Repair Integration:
   • Analyzes $ISSUES array and $LOG_FILE at the end of the update pass.
   • If any "Action Required" items occur, automatically launches agy with structured failure diagnostics, log paths, and repair directives.
   • Supports interactive execution (agy -i), automated non-interactive repair (--agy-auto / --dangerously-skip-permissions), custom models (--agy-model), or suppression (--no-agy).
2. Network Pre-flight and Offline Hardening:
   • Probes network reachability early to prevent misdiagnosing temporary network/DNS drops as broken package manager installations.
   • Sanitizes mas outdated and Apple software update offline errors into clean diagnostic summaries.
3. Corepack and Toolchain Hanging Protection:
   • Exports COREPACK_ENABLE_DOWNLOAD_PROMPT=0 to ensure package manager shims (yarn, pnpm) do not stall in background subshells waiting for invisible prompts.
   • Enforces timeout wrappers on version queries (quick_cmd).
   • Downgrades non-critical doc cache refreshes (tldr --update) from run_cmd (blocking failure) to run_soft (advisory warning).

Verification

• Verified syntax, executable permissions, --help output, and full dry-run execution:
  • ~/devupdateAGY.zsh --dry-run --no-agy completed in 29s with exit code 0.
  • Pinned execution and single-run lock mechanisms verified.

How to Undo

• Delete ~/devupdateAGY.zsh if no longer needed.
