Deployed complete six-host machine state inventory wiki, published to both dev.ecs0.net and eastcoastscience.net, and codified Rule 34 (Dual Web Publishing Policy) as a global fleet mandate across all coordination and site guidelines.

Scope

Fleet-wide: rdmsm4x, rdmbair13m5, rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m, and jdmbair13m5. Web properties: dev.ecs0.net and eastcoastscience.net.

What Changed

1. Host Spec & Telemetry Collection:
   • Authored /Users/richh/scripts/collect_machine_spec.py to perform read-only capture of hardware overview, SoC/CPU, RAM, storage layout, displays, UUID, serial, macOS version & build, Darwin kernel, SIP, Gatekeeper, Firewall, developer mode, active Xcode, CLT, Swift, Clang, code signing identities, installed apps, Homebrew leaves/casks, language runtimes, agent versions, git/GitHub auth, dotfiles, and launchd daemons/agents.
   • Interrogated all six live machines in the fleet concurrently over SSH/local. All 6 succeeded.
2. Wiki Generation:
   • Authored /Users/richh/scripts/render_fleet_wiki.py to render GitHub-flavored Markdown (.md) documents and self-contained, responsive HTML5 wiki pages (.html) with embedded dark-mode cyberpunk design language for each host:

   • Patched ~/dev/sites/eastcoastscience.net/scripts/build.js to preserve dev/, fleet/, and wiki/ across production builds.
   • Built and deployed to Cloudflare Pages (eastcoastscience-net) via wrangler.
4. Codified Global Rule 34 (Dual Web Publishing Policy):
   • Added Rule 34 to ~/.agent-coordination/AGENT_COORDINATION.md: Any HTML pages published to dev.ecs0.net must concurrently be published to eastcoastscience.net with zero drift.
   • Updated ~/.agent-coordination/FLEET.md and canonical rdmsm4x:~/dev/fleet/maintenance/FLEET.md.
   • Updated rdmsm4x:~/dev/sites/CLAUDE.md, dev.ecs0.net/AGENTS.md, and eastcoastscience.net/PROJECT.md.
   • Replicated updated coordination files to all 6 fleet machines via rsync.

Verification Evidence

• Live probe exit 0 on all 6 hosts.
• Wrangler deployment succeeded: https://7bfab37d.eastcoastscience-net.pages.dev.
• HTTP curl verification to https://eastcoastscience-net.pages.dev/fleet/index.html confirmed live edge deployment protected by Google IdP Auth Gate (functions/_middleware.ts).
• shasum -a 256 ~/.agent-coordination/AGENT_COORDINATION.md matched across all fleet hosts.

Undo / Rollback

• Revert additions in ~/.agent-coordination/AGENT_COORDINATION.md and FLEET.md.
• Remove /Users/richh/dev/fleet/wiki/ or git checkout in eastcoastscience.net.
