    • 3x Master E2E Runs: 3 consecutive runs of run_e2e_tests.sh passed 192/192 tests across all 5 tiers (exit code 0).
    • Portfolio Verification Matrix: All 20 portfolio apps show 0 dirty, 0 0 Fleet Parity, 0 0 Backup Parity, and 0 matches for ecs0lib.
