3. Zero-Lock Safe Telemetry: Uses file:<path>?mode=ro&immutable=1 to guarantee zero lock contention (SQLITE_BUSY) with active Apple Notes, Messages, or Mail processes.
4. WAL Log Sprawl & Checkpoint Engine: Reclaims un-checkpointed transaction log space safely via PRAGMA wal_checkpoint(TRUNCATE).
