Enabled comprehensive Codex and agy status meters on the canary Mac so context and provider quota exhaustion/reset state are visible during normal CLI work.

Scope

• Host changed: rdmbair15m5 only.
• Production configuration change; no remote-host configuration, authentication state, credentials, task databases, or account data were copied.
• Codex reasoning effort remains at Rich's selected high level.

Changes

• Updated /Users/richh/.codex/config.toml with every status-line item accepted by the installed Codex CLI 0.149.0. The high-priority fields include model/reasoning, context remaining/used/window size, five-hour and weekly limits, token counts, credits/cost when available, fast/reasoning/approval/run/task state, project/workspace/Git/PR/change information, thread identity, and Codex version.
• Updated /Users/richh/.gemini/antigravity-cli/settings.json to enable a provider-specific command status line at bash ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/statusline.sh instead of sending agy payloads to Claude's incompatible renderer.
• Added /Users/richh/.gemini/antigravity-cli/statusline.sh version 1.0.0. It renders local three-row meters for context, Gemini five-hour/weekly remaining quota, Claude/GPT five-hour/weekly remaining quota, reset countdowns, model/effort/plan, account, host/time/workspace/Git, runtime state, sandbox, version, session, and conversation identifiers.
• agy block convention: context uses █ for used and dark ▓ for unused; quota uses █ for remaining and dark ▓ for consumed. An exhausted window therefore renders as an all-dark bar and 0% left.
• Updated /Users/richh/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/Codex/projects/AGENTS.md principles/PROJECTS.md with the verified host-local milestone and provider-boundary decision.
• Published coordination check-in /Users/richh/.agent-coordination/checkins/codex-rdmbair15m5-cli-status-meters-20260822.json and fleet message 20260822-210643-49D739D7 declaring the intended paths and exclusions.
• A temporary local schema-capture marker was created and removed. /Users/richh/.claude/statusline/last-payload.json was refreshed as diagnostic cache evidence; continuous payload capture is disabled.

• Resolved the host with scutil --get ComputerName and confirmed rdmbair15m5.
• Inspected installed versions with codex --version and agy --version; observed Codex 0.149.0 and agy 1.1.19.
• Inspected the installed binaries and a temporary status payload to distinguish native Codex item identifiers from agy's quota.gemini-5h, quota.gemini-weekly, quota.3p-5h, and quota.3p-weekly fields.
• Ran bash -n ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/statusline.sh successfully.
• Ran jq -e . ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/settings.json successfully and verified the enabled command path.
• Ran ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/statusline.sh --selftest; it rendered context, G5H 0% left, G7D 84% left, 3P5H 100% left, and 3P7D 100% left with dark/filled bars and reset countdowns.
• Started agy interactively after the change. The live authenticated payload rendered Gemini five-hour at 0% left with a reset countdown, Gemini weekly at 84% left, and both third-party windows at 100% left.
• Ran codex --strict-config doctor --summary --no-color; configuration loaded successfully. A first live TUI check identified eight invalid cross-surface identifiers, which were removed. A second live TUI check showed no invalid-status-item warning and displayed gpt-5.6-sol high, context remaining/used, and weekly remaining quota.
• Re-read /Users/richh/.codex/config.toml and verified model_reasoning_effort = "high", plus native five-hour and weekly footer items.
• Final SHA-256 hashes were recorded locally for the Codex config, agy settings, and agy renderer.

3. After the settings restore, /Users/richh/.gemini/antigravity-cli/statusline.sh is unreferenced and may be retained for evidence or removed after confirming rollback.
4. Restart any open Codex or agy CLI session to reload restored configuration.

Outstanding owner actions

• Existing CLI processes opened before this change must be restarted to load it; newly launched Codex and agy sessions already use the validated configuration.
