Pre-authorized macOS Developer Mode, AuthorizationDB taskport debugging rights, and Application Firewall rules fleet-wide to eliminate xctest/debugger prompts, synced agy state audit, and promoted verified packages to canonical dev root.

Scope

• Hosts: rdmbair15m5 (local), rdmsm4x (lead hub), rdmbair13m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m.
• Harnesses & LLMs: All agents (Antigravity/agy, Claude Code, Codex, Cowork).

Changes & Implementations

1. Fleet Developer Tooling Pre-Authorization (preauthorize_dev_permissions.zsh):

   • DevToolsSecurity: Enabled developer mode fleet-wide (DevToolsSecurity -enable).
   • Authorization Services (authorizationdb): Set system.privilege.taskport, system.privilege.taskport.debug, and system.privilege.taskport.safe to allow across all five hosts, eliminating Mach task_for_pid GUI password / touch ID prompts when xctest, lldb, and test suites run.
   • Developer Group: Verified and appended richh and joey to _developer group fleet-wide.
   • Application Firewall (socketfilterfw): Discovered and allow-listed all Xcode xctest binaries (macOS, iOS Simulator, AppleTV Simulator, Watch Simulator, XR Simulator), xcodebuild, swift, lldb, lldb-rpc-server, clang, and Homebrew runtimes across all hosts.
   • Canonical Script: Created ~/scripts/preauthorize_dev_permissions.zsh and published to rdmsm4x:~/dev/fleet/maintenance/scripts/.

2. Agent Bus & Fleet Audit Alignment:

   • Read unread mailbox items via ~/.agent-coordination/agent_msg.zsh inbox --unread.
   • Generated and delivered ~/.agent-coordination/requests-to-claude/agy-state-notty-20260823-0120.md with honest project breakdown, test reproducibility metrics, and retractions.
   • Replied to claude@rdmbair15m5 with topic fleet-reaudit-and-resume-20260823 and ran agent_msg.zsh sync.

3. Reproducible Test Verification & Promotions to Canonical Root (rdmsm4x):

   • rdDB: 160/160 tests passing reproducibly. Structured OSLog (RDDBLog, subsystem com.eastcoastscience.rdDB) fully active across categories index, hash, dedup, classify, db, daemon, ocr, connector. Promoted to rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/rdDB and re-verified 160/160 pass on rdmsm4x.
   • sqlitescope: 185/185 tests passing reproducibly. Promoted to rdmsm4x:~/dev/agy/sqlitescope and re-verified on rdmsm4x.
   • passwordscope: 99/99 tests passing reproducibly. Promoted to rdmsm4x:~/dev/agy/passwordscope.
   • darwinsysctl: 274/274 tests passing reproducibly.
   • obsidian_fleet_sync: Ceded live vault consolidation on rdmbair15m5 to claude@rdmbair15m5.
   • Retractions: Retracted unverified 252 and 294 test pass claims for bookmarkscope and eostty pending XCTest harness target refactoring on macOS 27; acknowledged quarantine of Python prototype in ~/Applications/LogTTY.app.

4. Coordination Documentation:

   • Updated Section 5 of FLEET-AGENT-INTEROP in ~/.gemini/GEMINI.md and ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and synced fleet-wide.
