• The first official validator attempt exposed a missing default-Python yaml module; reran it without global installation using uv run --with PyYAML .../quick_validate.py.
• Created the portable ZIP with ditto, listed it with unzip -l, and hashed it with shasum -a 256.
• One preliminary packaging command was rejected before execution because it contained unconditional rm -f; no source or package was deleted. The successful package uses a timestamped append-only name.
