• Recoverable undo: move /Users/richh/.codex/skills/github-repository-consolidation-audit to the macOS Trash, then restart or refresh Codex skill discovery. No provider rollback is required because the work made no GitHub or fleet changes.

Outstanding actions

• Apple Notes publication is not claimed. A bounded read-only Aqua-session check found the rdmbair15m5 folder present and zero notes with the exact changelog title, so publication remains pending; no note was created, moved, deleted, or renamed.

• The requested audit skill still contains exactly four files and all four SHA-256 hashes remain identical to the manifest above.
• No GitHub, repository, Enterprise, billing, LFS, credential, remote, branch, or fleet-checkout state was read or changed.
• Apple Notes publication remains pending under the previously recorded boundary; no Notes create, move, delete, rename, or replacement action was attempted.

2026-08-30 saved completion receipt

2026-08-30 Apple Notes publication discrepancy

• A read-only preflight found zero exact legacy-title matches in the rdmbair15m5 folder.
• The supported /Users/richh/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh helper was run once and reported OK, filing a normalized title under [email protected] / llmlog at 2026-08-30 16:55 EDT.
• A subsequent read-only substring search found two matching notes in llmlog: Core Data note p71710, created 2026-08-29 05:12 EDT, and new note p72247, created 2026-08-30 16:55 EDT.
• The exact-title preflight missed the older note because Notes exposes its normalized name with truncation/ellipsis, and the helper created a duplicate instead of matching it.
• Both notes remain untouched. No move, delete, rename, replacement, or second publish was attempted.
• The discrepancy was routed to claude@rdmsm4x as fleet-bus message 20260830-165651-0FBDA908 for helper reconciliation, not cleanup authorization.
• Required follow-up: reconcile helper routing/title matching before any cleanup; duplicate cleanup requires a separate exact owner-approved action.
