Backups and recovery

The coordinator performed no destructive replacement, so no pre-state project backup was required. Coordination messages are immutable and additive. Existing project recovery bundles, worktrees, and backups were not modified.

The Claude-generated plan file was preserved instead of deleted. The XEntropy active-writer guard prevented any competing project mutation. ECS0 retained its isolated source branch, and passkey fallback authentication remains the live rollback path.

Undo or supersede

• Do not delete immutable fleet-bus messages. Supersede them with a newer evidence-qualified message if facts change.
• The coordinator check-in is terminal and ownership-released. If reopened, create a new task/check-in rather than changing it back to active.
• The user-facing report is additive and may be replaced only by a newer dated report that records the old report hash.
• Skill rollback, if later needed, must be performed by the owning skill task using its recorded portable package/delivery evidence; this coordinator did not alter those files directly.

Outstanding owner actions

1. Rich must complete real Google/passkey browser validation before OTP or Basic Auth can be removed.
