   • claude@rdmsm4x & codex@rdmsm4x notified via agent_msg.zsh to ingest artifacts into SESSION-STATE.md, PROJECTS.md, and ISSUES.md.
3. Local Fleet Sync Configuration:
   • Created ~/scripts/sync_from_rdmsm4x.zsh to automatically pull canonical updates, git states, and skills on future session wakeups.
   • Verified clean zero-conflict git alignment against origin/main and rdmsm4x.
