1. Canonical Source of Truth Documented:

   • Reaffirmed rdmsm4x:~/dev/ as the sole permanent source of truth for all projects across the fleet.
   • All local repositories and assets (ecs0lib, cloudflare-access-passkeys, google-stitch skill, and HTML catalogs) synchronized to rdmsm4x:~/dev/.

2. dev.ecs0.net Redesign & Relocation Protocol:

   • Recorded dev.ecs0.net as currently in active redesign locally on rdmbair15m5.
   • Formally documented protocol: upon completion and verification, dev.ecs0.net will be permanently relocated and promoted to rdmsm4x:~/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net, and all local fleet instances updated to point to that canonical root.

3. Fleet Ledger & Messaging:

   • Updated ~/.agent-coordination/SESSION-STATE.md and created handover document ~/.agent-coordination/handovers/20260829-2252-canonical-dev-source-of-truth-handoff.md.
