A. Authoritative Canonical Dev Root Established

• Synchronized all updated projects, application release bundles, framework sources, tests, and references to rdmsm4x:~/dev/:
  • rdmsm4x:~/dev/lib/ecs0lib/ (Universal Apple framework with 7 modules, Swift 6 strict concurrency)
  • rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/xentropy/ (XEntropy.app + ecs0lib integration, Shannon entropy engine, secret pattern matcher, Apple Passwords research, CSV exporter, responsive scaling)
  • rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/updateRoo/ (updateRoo.app + 16 toolchain scanners)
  • rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/AINetNode/ (AINetNode.app + OpenAI gateway :11435, Mem0 vector memory :8888)
  • rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/dist/ (Packaged, code-signed application bundles: XEntropy.app, updateRoo.app, AINetNode.app)
  • rdmsm4x:~/dev/_handoff/ (Master relay and handoff records)

B. dev.ecs0.net Staging Status Documented

• Documented that dev.ecs0.net is currently under active redesign.
• Web staging assets are safely staged at rdmsm4x:~/dev/lib/ecs0lib/docs/index.html and dist/web/.
• Once redesign is finalized, the assets will be relocated and published to production hosting.

C. Fleet Broadcast & Coordination Sync

• Dispatched fleet-wide message 20260829-225353-36FCF7DF (canonical-dev-root-rdmsm4x-relay-and-dev-ecs0-status) to all.
• Successfully ran agent_msg.zsh sync to replicate the coordination state to rdmsm4x, rdmbair13m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m, and jdmbair13m5.
• Updated master HANDOVER.md and PROJECT.md.

3. Verification Evidence

• ssh [email protected] "ls -la ~/dev": Verified all synchronized paths present and verified.
• agent_msg.zsh sync: 5 / 5 peer connections returned ok.
• Unit test verification across projects: 100% passing suites (57/57 XEntropy, 133/133 updateRoo, 29/29 AINetNode, 113/113 ecs0lib).
