Tyrell Fleet Telemetry vs Ground-Truth Delta:
- Tyrell MCP fleet_status reported rdmsm4x manifest timestamp from August 25 (4 days stale), and 2,769 pending files (1.73 GB) on rdmbair15m5.
- Confirmed that relying solely on Tyrell telemetry would have missed unmerged local state.
tyrell-mcp Tool Failure Root Cause:
- run_scan and run_sync MCP tools failed with: tyrell CLI not found next to tyrell-mcp.
- While tyrelld was built, the tyrell CLI executable target was not compiled in .build/release/.
Remediation & Verification:
- Executed swift build -c release --product tyrell on both rdmbair15m5 and rdmsm4x.
- Invoked run_scan and run_sync successfully via tyrell-mcp on both machines.
