1. GitHub CLI (gh auth status) Fleet Audit & Remediation:

   • Initial check identified rdmbair13m5, rdmpw3265m, and jdmbair13m5 missing credentials.
   • Replicated verified ~/.config/gh/hosts.yml and config.yml (mode 600) from rdmsm4x to all unauthenticated nodes.
   • Post-sync verification confirmed 100% of all 6 hosts actively authenticated as richhdoty.

2. Agent Configuration & Skill Normalization:

   • Registered stitch-mcp across ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json, ~/.claude.json, and Claude Desktop config on rdmsm4x and secondary hosts.
   • Synchronized canonical fleet skills (google-stitch, apple-modern-frameworks) across all agent skill directories.

3. Multi-Agent Coordination Relay:

   • Dispatched message 20260830-002809-EA7A90B1 to claude@rdmsm4x, codex@rdmsm4x, and agy@rdmsm4x with normalized configuration state and canonical root directives.
   • Replicated message across all 6 nodes via agent_msg.zsh sync.
