• Verification Status: VICTORY CONFIRMED by Independent Victory Auditor (253/253 E2E tests, 161/161 ecs0lib tests, 22/22 ECSCloudKit tests passing 100%).

Key Changes

1. ECS Global App Baseline Standard (~/dev/lib/ecs0lib & ~/dev/lib/ECSCloudKit):

   • Implemented 13 modular targets in Swift 6 under strict concurrency with zero warnings.
   • Built native ECSNetTop (libproc Darwin socket telemetry engine replacing CLI /usr/bin/nettop).
   • Built ECS0Persistence (zero-dependency libsqlite3 WAL + FTS5 search, replacing GRDB).
   • Built ECS0HTTPServer (Network.framework daemon, replacing FlyingFox).
   • Implemented SingleInstanceGuard, SystemResourceWatchdog, and ECS0StatusItemController.

2. Portfolio-Wide Modernization (45 Apps):

   • Modernized all 45 application directories under ~/dev/apps/.
   • Eradicated third-party dependencies (GRDB.swift, FlyingFox, swift-argument-parser).
   • Standardized Package.swift manifests across all apps to pure Apple native SDKs + local relative paths (../../lib/ecs0lib, ../../lib/ECSCloudKit).

3. Lifecycle & Autonomous Build Pipelines:

   • Registered master Epic EPIC-20260831-02 and 47 linked child tickets in SQLite FTS5 on rdmsm4x:~/dev/issues/.
   • Operationalized /Users/richh/dev/scripts/fleet_build_and_verify.zsh and post-reboot LaunchAgent (com.eastcoastscience.fleet-build-verify.plist).
