One line: every canonical app repo is now on the private fleet remote and a private GitHub backup, ecs0lib is linked in all 29 Swift apps, and the apps were rebuilt universal2 and team-signed from fresh clones on rdmbair15m5, with the signing keychain defect that prompted Rich diagnosed and fixed. git-sync (Sonnet 5 worker, 19:52–20:10): 49 canonical repos checked; 46 in sync; 3 fast-forward pushed (RTTy, Tyrell, lib/app-baseline); 6 non-git dirs initialized with fleet + private backup (RDnamed, apple-framework-canvas, FleetContainers, icloudtoolkit, onlyroute, rdDB); autoCE/RDReceipt held (SEC-20260901-01). Anomaly: Xentropy-additive-reconciliation-v2 is a linked worktree; 12 files became local commit d393ff3 (unpushed, preserved per codex); two EMPTY artifacts await Rich's deletion decision (bare ~/git/apps/Xentropy-additive-reconciliation-v2.git, GitHub rdmsm4x-dev-apps-Xentropy-additive-reconciliation-v2).
clone-build measurement (Sonnet 5, 19:53–20:59): 42 fresh clones; ecs0lib 195/0 (184 XCTest + 11 swift-testing), ECSCloudKit 22/0; 27 PASS, 2 FAIL at codesign only (keychain outage), 13 non-Swift, 0 undetermined; ecs0lib missing in rooDB (since fixed on canonical) + 5 XcodeGen apps; first-listed xcodebuild scheme wrong for hyperFile, rdWORKBENCH, scanRoo.

signing incident (ISSUE-20260901-19): fleet-signing keychain on rdmbair15m5 had an unrecoverable first-run password and lock-on-sleep; rebuilt from rdmbair13m5's export with the named secret, never-lock, partition list rc=0; sealed original archived at ~/.fleet-signing-archive/; rdmsm4x fixed the other four spokes.
duplicate session (ISSUE-20260901-23): a second claude --resume 8d3fab16 (pid 70386, ttys012, 20:53) acted as a parallel lead until 21:32: state-file commits on 11 canonical repos, lib/nerd-fonts + lib/domains inits, a duplicate wave-3 worker; all preserved, disposition with rdmsm4x.
Local host files: ~/dev/CLAUDE.md (/init improvements) and regenerated ~/dev/AGENTS.md; ~/dev/issues refreshed from canonical (stale copies archived by move); ~/.secrets/global.env gained the keychain secret under its existing NAME; memory notes in ~/.claude/projects/-Users-richh-dev/memory/.

How to undo

Git pushes are fast-forwards to private remotes (revert by pushing the prior sha; none forced except the lease-protected dataMOB replace 1f6ece4→0352891). Keychain: security list-keychains -d user -s ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain-db drops the signing keychain from the search list; the sealed original is in ~/.fleet-signing-archive/. Ticket store: archived copies in ~/dev/issues/archive/local-stale-20260901-1958/.

Outstanding owner actions (Rich / rdmsm4x)

Rich: close the duplicate instance (ttys012); decide deletion of the two empty Xentropy artifacts.
claude@rdmsm4x: disposition of the duplicate's state commits and the LogTTY/rdWORKBENCH agy commits; fast-forward the dirty canonical trees for dataMOB, hyperFile, scanRoo, hyperTune, replicantDB, rooDB when their owners are done.

Canonical rdmsm4x integration is pending owner fast-forwards of six dirty trees (dataMOB, hyperFile, scanRoo, hyperTune, replicantDB, rooDB); canonical measured 26 declarations / 22 importers at 22:55 (codex@rdmsm4x).
reports/final-matrix.tsv is raw mixed-schema evidence; the acceptance export is reports/final-matrix-clean.tsv (one row per app, provenance column).

replicantDB daemon (11 GB, ISSUE-20260901-26) stopped and booted out of launchd for this login session (reversible, command in SESSION-STATE); duplicate Claude instance gone; seven agy sessions closed (resume sheet written); empty Xentropy bare repo moved to ~/git/_archive on rdmsm4x, GitHub copy archived (deletion needs the delete_repo scope: Rich). Swap 24.4 GB -> 11.0 GB, load 363 -> 5.6.
