Expanded the canonical reconciliation packet to preserve 742 additional non-cache artifacts from prior Codex work/ directories, closing the evidence gap without promoting stale snapshots or private mutable databases into live projects.

Changes

• Selected 742 files totaling 102,898,176 source bytes from earlier /Users/richh/Documents/Codex/*/*/work/ trees.
• Preserved source snapshots, patches, reports, manifests, design renders, icons, PDFs, and other task-local artifacts under their original relative paths.
• Excluded Git/Codex internals, dependencies, build and module caches, DerivedData, generated output trees, databases, common credential files, and Finder metadata.
• Detected that issues/untracked/index.sqlite.bak-161525 was an SQLite backup missed by the original extension filter. Removed only its generated packet copy, retained the source database on rdmbair15m5, and recorded the exclusion by filename.
• Reviewed the sole remaining secret-pattern candidate. It contains Swift API-key variable names passed as arguments, not an embedded credential value.
• Mirrored the expanded packet to the canonical conflict area with checksum comparison and deletion limited to the exact generated packet destination.

Commands and verification

• Used a bounded find selection with explicit cache, database, credential-file, and provider-state exclusions.
• Copied the selected evidence with rsync -aR --from0 --files-from=... to retain original paths.
• Regenerated files.sha256 with SHA-256 entries for every payload.
• Local verification: all 1,067 payloads pass shasum -a 256 -c files.sha256.
• Canonical verification on rdmsm4x: all 1,067 payloads pass the same command.
• Final manifest SHA-256 on both hosts: 9cf81b22dff0a02d400cd7510f0862b34a4eeb3ba28fe564df5e3313940f74f2.
• Canonical work-evidence payload count: 742 files.
• Final rsync -ani --checksum --delete postflight: zero output/differences.
• Values-free secret-pattern review: one false-positive Swift source file; zero credential values identified.

Backup and undo

• The canonical migration packet is the durable recovery copy; the originating task trees remain in place on rdmbair15m5.
• No live canonical Git checkout, branch, index, provider database, or application database was modified.
• To undo the addendum transfer, remove only documents-codex-work-evidence/ from the exact canonical conflict packet and restore the earlier manifest from the retained local reconciliation history. Do not touch any live project checkout.
• Do not delete either packet or the source task workspaces until project owners have recorded acceptance/rejection and retention gates pass.

Outstanding owner actions

• Canonical project owners should compare preserved evidence selectively in isolated worktrees; no bulk copy into live roots is authorized by this addendum.
• The existing rdev, ecs0lib, HyperFile, fleetreg, and RTTy review records still require owner disposition.
• The active ReplicantDB owner still needs to accept or reject the preserved FileXen review document.
