• It accepted the packet as canonical preservation and review evidence, superseding the earlier 324-payload snapshot.

Lifecycle boundary

• Completed: source preservation, canonical transfer, sender checksum verification, canonical checksum verification, receiver acceptance as review/evidence intake.
• Not implied: automatic project integration, project-owner acceptance of individual deltas, merge, signing, installation, deployment, or runtime verification.
• Existing project branches and pull requests remain the review mechanisms for rdev, ecs0lib, HyperFile, fleetreg, and RTTy.
• The ReplicantDB FileXen document still requires the active project owner's accept/reject decision.

Reproduction

• On rdmsm4x, run cd /Users/richh/dev/_migration/conflicts/rdmbair15m5-20260903 && shasum -a 256 -c files.sha256.
• Verify the bundle with git bundle verify rdev/rdev-main-1d8713b.bundle from a Git repository.
• Review project-specific manifests and REVIEW-QUEUE.md before considering any promotion.

Backup and undo

• The canonical packet and source task workspaces remain retained; no cleanup is authorized until owner dispositions and retention gates pass.
• No live checkout change requires rollback from this acceptance step.
• If the intake acceptance is later withdrawn, record the changed disposition; do not destroy the packet or rewrite its manifest.

Outstanding owner actions

• Project owners reconcile, test, and merge or close their respective review records.
• The ReplicantDB owner accepts or rejects the preserved FileXen document.
• Retain both local sources and canonical evidence until those decisions are durable.
