A new /Users/richh/dev/lib/t3code/.git checkout appeared concurrently and is held by live agy/gopls PID 71573; it gained untracked DONOR_INFO.md, so zero-root closure is not claimed and TASK-20260903-23 governs checkpoint, release, promotion, and recoverable retirement.

At 09:55 EDT, atomically updated the pointer map to fleet PR #1 tip 5cae0b9: 144/144 canonical roots and exact fleet remotes verified, including new rows for rd-rt, dev-fleet-reconciliation, fleet-netmgmt, and furtak-frenzycap. Installed SHA-256 is 52d19e08729db5fd0e63700a00282bd78bc68c18bffefc85bce3411b7404236e. Dirty lib/t3code remains preserved under live agy PID 71524 pending TASK-20260903-23 handoff.

At 10:02 EDT, installed final generator-v1.2 map from fleet PR #1 tip 26b2f74, including the two secret-scan-clean localAI Codex project mirrors and the GitHub-origin preference fix.
