• Before the former Codex process was stopped, it created preservation-only commit 0eb92066c402ebd31affb4a9e5b89857772e11db on branch recovery/task-20260903-29-rdmpw3275m-loose-blobs.
• That commit makes the eight recovered variants Git-reachable. It is explicitly not an integration candidate and must not be merged without Claude's semantic review.
• The isolated recovery worktree was clean at transfer.
• Canonical ECS0lib main and HEAD remained 8805372710261de772577fbe9a44f6eff445a9e3; the canonical root had only untracked .swiftpm/ state.

• Claude confirmed it is the sole writer for TASK-20260903-29.
• First safe action: read-only semantic comparison of all eight recovered paths against canonical 8805372, followed by an independent macOS gate before any further write.
• Claude acknowledged that canonical main must remain untouched until review, recovery packets must not be deleted, live .git directories and provider account/session state must not be copied, force pushes are prohibited, and the RTTy, ReplicantDB, fleet-audit, dev.ecs.net, Tyrell, and t3code writer lanes remain separate.
• Claude's provider event reported usage allowed, with 30% five-hour utilization and 48% seven-day utilization at startup. The depleted OpenAI lane remains stopped.

Rollback and recovery

• Do not revert or delete preservation commit 0eb92066c402ebd31affb4a9e5b89857772e11db; it is the durable reachability anchor for the formerly loose objects.
• Do not merge that preservation branch directly. Claude must document whether any semantics should be reimplemented on a fresh integration branch or whether canonical main already supersedes them.
• To stop Claude, first request a checkpoint and confirm its current tool subprocess has ended; then terminate PID 45167 only if it is still the same session d8cbb048-285f-4282-9b37-c0c8de964d11.
• To change ownership again, use ticket handoff TASK-20260903-29 so the lease history remains durable; do not create a parallel writer.

Outstanding work

• Claude must finish the semantic review and record a tested disposition for all eight paths.
• Broader fleet/app consolidation resumes under Claude only after TASK-20260903-29 reaches a durable checkpoint.
