Sources/PasswordScopeCLI/main.swift: Added import command alias for ingest, supported totp generate, added --json structured formatting, and positional file arguments.
Tests/PasswordScopeE2ETests/Tier5_AdversarialCoverageHardeningTests.swift: Added tests T5.CLI.02, T5.CLI.03, and T5.CLI.04 (+3 tests).
Support/PasswordScope.entitlements: Hardened runtime and smartcard/Secure Enclave access configuration.
Support/AppIcon.icns & iconset/: macOS application icons.
build.sh: Universal release packaging script creating fat binaries (arm64 + x86_64) for both PasswordScope.app and passwordscope CLI with Info.plist generation, resource staging, and codesigning.

swift test --filter PasswordScope: 160 / 160 tests passed 100% in 0.450s on rdmbair15m5 and 0.189s on rdmsm4x.
./build.sh: Successfully compiled arm64 and x86_64 slices, lipo merged into universal2 binaries, validated Info.plist, and verified code signing.
