Implemented Milestone M3 (RFC 5424/3164 Syslog, Socket Transports, Apple Unified Logging, Breadcrumbs Ring Buffer, Process Supervision, and Darwin Event Monitoring) with complete dual-surface parity across ECSSystem/ECSLog and ecs0lib.

Summary

Milestone M3 delivers Features 19–25 of the ECSLibrary Expansion Initiative:

• RFC 5424 & RFC 3164 Syslog serialization, formatting, parsing, and facility/severity calculation (SyslogModel.swift).
• Syslog multi-transport dispatch over UDP, TCP with octet-counting framing, TLS, and /var/run/syslog non-blocking fallback (SyslogTransports.swift).
• Apple Unified Logging facade, O(1) saturation breadcrumb ring buffer with OSAllocatedUnfairLock, privacy redactor engine, and multi-format exporters (ANSI color, JSON, NDJSON) (ECSLogger.swift, ECSBreadcrumbRingBuffer.swift, ECSLogExporter.swift, ECSUnifiedLogging.swift).
• Process supervision state machine, lifecycle manager, health checking, and tree reaper with process group signals and strict pgid > 1 && pgid != getpgrp() safety guards (ProcessSupervisor.swift, ProcessTreeReaper.swift).
• Darwin system event monitoring for dispatch memory pressure and thermal states (DarwinSystemEventMonitor.swift).
• Dual-surface parity: Standalone packages (ECSSystem, new standalone ECSLog) and umbrella ecs0lib (ECS0System, ECS0Log) with 100% backward compatibility for existing consumers (ECSSyslog.shared.log, beginTrace, endTrace).

   • Result: 392/392 passed (100.00% pass rate, 0 failures, 0 errors).

How to Undo / Rollback

• Revert commits on rdmsm4x:
  • cd ~/dev/lib/ECSSystem && git revert 4c46768 && git push origin main
  • cd ~/dev/lib/ecs0lib && git revert f0269f6 && git push fleet main
  • Delete ECSLog bare repository on git.ecs0.net if needed.
