Exact Changes Made

1. Reboot Verification & Fleet Health Check:

   • Verified system uptime: rdmsm4x rebooted at 17:11 (macOS 27.2 beta update), rdmbair15m5 at 16:34.
   • All 6 fleet Macs verified online and responsive: rdmsm4x, rdmbair15m5, rdmbair13m5, jdmbair13m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m.
   • Verified active Tyrell Build 25 app + Build 24 daemon Canary R4: soaking under guard PID 15146 with short gate passed (33.11 MiB physical, slope 0.129 MiB/min).
   • Cleared stale SSH ControlMaster socket left from hub reboot.

2. Severed Phantom Edge in lib/ecs0lib/Package.swift (ISSUE-20260904-10):

   • Removed dependencies: ["ECSNetTop"] from ECS0Networking.
   • Verified all consumers (Tyrell, replicantDB, RTTy, LogTTY) already declare explicit dependencies on standalone lib/ECSNetTop.
   • No consumer of ECS0Networking (including ECS0Agentic and ECS0AppKit) now transitively inherits the private-API CECSNetTopBridge ntstat C bridge.

3. Hardened Startup Boot Test:

   • In lib/ecs0lib/Tests/ECS0LibTests/ECS0HTTPClientTests.swift, replaced rigid 300ms sleep in testTimeoutReturnsPromptlyWhenTransportIgnoresCancellation with a deadline-bounded polling loop to prevent flakiness when running post-reboot verification under heavy multi-core load.

4. Ticket Resolution:

   • Resolved ISSUE-20260904-10 on rdmsm4x, committed and pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net) and backup (GitHub).
   • Reindexed SQLite ticket index (1,043 tickets indexed).
   • Broadcasted resolution notification across fleet agent message bus (agent_msg.zsh sync).
