ReplicantDB M4 milestone completed: integrated live adaptive governor telemetry and safe pause/resume directive controls into MenuBarExtra popover, wired App Intents search and review queue routing to desktop AppState, verified 1,462 tests green, and achieved universal2 compilation with 4-way fleet parity.

Changes Summary

1. Live Governor Telemetry in MenuBar Popover:
   • Implemented MenuBarGovernorTelemetryBuilder in Sources/ReplicantDBCore/MenuBarGovernorTelemetry.swift enforcing fixed-width, anti-jitter telemetry representation.
   • Built governorTelemetrySection and signalCell in Sources/replicantDB/ReplicantDBMenuBarPopoverView.swift displaying dynamic pressure ladder badges (L0 Nominal to L4 Quiesce/Hold) and a 2x3 fixed grid for signals S1 Thermal, S2 Power/Battery (AC/LPM/Batt%), S3 Memory pressure, S6 Agent load, S7 Load Ratio EMA, and S8 Fleet Directive.
   • Added safe host-scoped pause and resume directive buttons writing QuiesceDirective with TTL and host attribution to LocalDirectiveStore.
   • Wired reference-counted .onAppear/.onDisappear live telemetry timer loop in AppState.
2. App Intents Search & Desktop AppState Wiring:
   • Added searchFilesFTS(query:limit:) to RooDatabase.
   • Added SearchFilesIntentExecution in Sources/ReplicantDBCore/ReplicantDBAppIntentsModels.swift handling full-text search query execution and missing file filtering.
   • Implemented @MainActor final class ReplicantDBAppIntentRouter in Sources/replicantDB/ReplicantDBAppIntentRouter.swift buffering and routing destinations (.search(query), .reviewQueue, .fleetStatus) across cold starts.
   • Updated SearchFilesIntent and OpenReviewQueueIntent in Sources/replicantDB/ReplicantDBAppIntents.swift to route through ReplicantDBAppIntentRouter.
3. Test Hardening & Universal2 Verification:
   • Added Tests/ReplicantDBTests/MenuBarPopoverTelemetryTests.swift (5 unit tests covering nominal, thermal, battery LPM, memory warning/critical, and fleet budget hold states).
   • Added testSearchFilesIntentExecutionFiltersAndFormats in Tests/ReplicantDBTests/AppIntentsSurfaceTests.swift.
   • Verified full test suite: 1,462 tests across 135 suites passed with 0 failures (100% green) in 242.96 seconds.
   • Executed ./build.sh --dev: compiled universal Mach-O slices (arm64 + x86_64 cascadelake), signed with local Apple Development identity, and extracted App Intents metadata to dist/ReplicantDB.app/Contents/Resources/Metadata.appintents/extract.actionsdata.
   • Executed scripts/verify_build_contract.zsh --dev: passed all modular ECS, architecture, naming, and MCP safety contract assertions.
4. Safety & Fleet Parity:
   • Production safety preserved: /Users/richh/Library/Application Support/replicantDB/replicantdb.sqlite (19.7 GB / 627,660 rows) remained untouched; all test harnesses used isolated temporary databases.
   • Commits 80437bb and bddfd57 pushed to git.ecs0.net:git/apps/replicantDB.git and GitHub backup rdmsm4x-dev-apps-replicantdb.git.
   • Canonical root rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/replicantDB fast-forwarded to bddfd57 clean.

Verification Evidence

• swift test → Executed 1462 tests, with 0 failures (0 unexpected) in 242.958 (243.088) seconds.
• ./build.sh --dev → rc=0 (Universal2 slices verified via lipo, App Intents metadata extracted).
• scripts/verify_build_contract.zsh --dev → rc=0.
• git status on rdmbair15m5 and rdmsm4x → working trees clean, 4-way parity synchronized.
