Ingested 248 upstream commits through TokenBar v1.20.0, provisioned Rust 1.98.1 toolchain, rewrote TokenBar identity and bundle configuration to East Coast Science standards, established inside-out codesigning, created fleet build.sh, and synchronized git.ecs0.net.

Changes Made

1. Upstream Ingestion (248 Commits):

   • Merged Nanako0129/TokenBar release v1.20.0 (1446dca) cleanly into main (dc5caaa).
   • Synchronized vendor/tokscale-core submodule to reviewed pin d6512f5ae62c2be6751ed93adb9391ffe3f91579.
   • Ingested multi-account Claude support, GrokBot Keychain consent, reset jitter tolerance, cycle modes, model cost breakdowns, and live rate improvements.

2. Toolchain Provisioning:

   • Installed rust 1.98.1 via Homebrew on rdmsm4x (brew install rust), providing cargo and rustc.
   • Verified clean compilation of Rust FFI static library libtb_core_ffi.a (22MB).

3. East Coast Science Identity & Rebranding:

   • Default bundle ID updated from com.nyanako.tokenbar to com.eastcoastscience.TokenBar in scripts/bundle.sh and build scripts.
   • SnapshotStore.swift updated to accept com.eastcoastscience.TokenBar alongside backward-compatible legacy store.
   • Logging subsystem in TBCore.swift aligned to com.eastcoastscience.TokenBar.
   • Dispatch queue labels updated to com.eastcoastscience.TokenBar.*.
   • UI footer links in SettingsWindowView.swift repointed to East Coast Science and Fleet Ops (https://dev.dataroo.net), removing third-party sponsorship/Patreon links.
   • Update feed URL in scripts/bundle.sh updated to internal fleet endpoint https://git.ecs0.net/releases/tokenbar/appcast.xml.
   • LICENSE and README.md updated with Copyright (c) 2026 East Coast Science LLC & Richard Doty.

4. Xcode 27 / macOS 27 Compatibility:

   • Patched scripts/build-sparkle.sh to enforce MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=14.0, resolving Xcode 27 failure on legacy macOS 10.13 target.

5. Fleet Build Engine (build.sh):

   • Created canonical build.sh at root of tokenbar supporting --dev, --sign-notarize, --test, and --clean.
   • Implemented inside-out framework and binary code signing with Apple Development: Richard Doty (S65Q255HA8) / team ZU2882L4HT.
   • Embedded fleet_sign_unlock integration for headless/SSH automated signing.

6. Verification Evidence:

   • swift build: RC=0
   • ./build.sh --test / --selftest: 100% of test assertions PASSED.
   • codesign --verify --deep --strict dist/TokenBar.app: RC=0
   • codesign -dv dist/TokenBar.app: Verified Identifier=com.eastcoastscience.TokenBar, TeamIdentifier=ZU2882L4HT, Mach-O arm64.

7. Fleet Git Parity:

   • Committed dfca720 on main.
   • Pushed to git.ecs0.net:git/lib/tokenbar.git (origin and fleet remotes).
   • Cloned and verified parity on rdmbair15m5:~/dev/lib/tokenbar.
