1. TASK-20260904-06 — ecs0lib Test Target Split & Headless FDA Hang Fix

• Fixed headless session FDA probe hang by detecting non-GUI sessions upfront (HeadlessDetector.currentLaunchctlManagerName()) before touching protected Safari/Mail paths.
• Gated live mutating host stress probes behind try XCTSkipUnless(LiveProbes.enabled).
• Verified 488 tests accounted for (436 passed, 52 skipped ungated; 488 passed with live flags).
• Committed (1c74c67), pushed to all remotes (git.ecs0.net, fleet, origin, backup), and resolved ticket TASK-20260904-06 (b912c98).

2. FEAT-20260904-09 — ECSCloudKit Default-Zone Support & Migration Recipe

• Added SyncZoneID.defaultZone (_defaultZone), isDefault: Bool, and Codable conformance.
• Updated CloudKitSyncDatabase, InMemorySyncDatabase, and MockSyncDatabase to route default zone operations to CKRecordZone.default().zoneID.
• Unified process CloudKit entitlement checks across the fleet.
• Authored complete migration protocol in lib/ECSCloudKit/docs/MIGRATION-RECIPE-DEFAULT-TO-RTTYSYNCV1.md.
• Verified 28/28 unit tests passing on both rdmbair15m5 and rdmsm4x.
• Committed (4ecc79c), pushed to all remotes, and resolved ticket FEAT-20260904-09 (1f99851).

3. DEC-20260904-04 — Build 50 Standard Trust-Chain Policy Proposal

• Authored comprehensive architectural proposal at apps/RTTy/docs/proposals/DEC-20260904-04-standard-trust-chain-policy.md (Commit f95ac60).
• Documented that all 4 prior library blockers (ECS0Database, ECSCloudKit, ProcessRunner, and phantom network dependencies) are resolved.
• Staged concrete Options 1, 2, 3 and formal recommendation (Option 1 for Build 50 store freeze, transitioning to Option 3 in Build 51+) in the ticket ledger (6819d56).

4. TASK-20260904-10 — LatencyCore Cross-Platform Split Blueprint

• Authored multiplatform package extraction blueprint at apps/RTTy/docs/proposals/TASK-20260904-10-latencycore-cross-platform-split.md (Commit 778b173).
• Gated as Post-Launch (Build 51+) to protect the active Build 49/50 App Store candidate seal.
• Documented complete technical procedure in issues/open/TASK-20260904-10 (8aa567f).

5. ISSUE-20260922-01 & ISSUE-20260922-02 — notes_changelog.zsh Fleet Fix

• Diagnosed Apple Notes note loss bug: create-before-delete order and prefix delimiter collision.
• Fixed ~/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh to create and verify the new note before deleting prior versions of the same changelog.
• Added trailing delimiter - check and end timestamp matching to prevent prefix substring collision deletions.
• Added durable deletion auditing to ~/.local/state/notes-changelog/deleted.tsv and ~/.local/state/claude-notes-autopublish/deletions.log.
• Verified live in Apple Notes and deployed byte-identical build (SHA 1fa0b76dc81f07a96599360a1cb26cd390a6771453b46aba267b813fbec8d8b2) across rdmbair15m5, rdmsm4x, rdmbair13m5, rdmpw3265m, and rdmpw3275m.
• Resolved tickets ISSUE-20260922-01 and ISSUE-20260922-02.
