Summary

Resolved post-reboot verification failure on rdmbair15m5 following the macOS 27.2 update reboot. Remediated flaky async timer in ECS0HTTPClientTests (ISSUE-20260922-05, commit b3eda78 and c5772e3), executed the full 6-stage fleet_build_and_verify.zsh pipeline to complete 100% pass (253/253 E2E tests, 183 unit tests in ecs0lib, 22 in ECSCloudKit, universal2 codesigned app bundles), kickstarted LaunchAgent com.eastcoastscience.fleet-build-verify to establish exit status 0 in launchctl, and fast-forwarded all local git checkouts in apps/ and lib/ to canonical origin/main.
