• Pinned Session Ingestion (PinnedSessionReader.swift):
  • Implemented parsing for legacy and modern PINNED-SESSION-* and pins.d/*.pin files across ~/dev/fleet/ops/resume/pins.d/, ~/.claude/resume/, and repo roots.
  • Resolves multi-tier pin pointer links (pin_file: ...), vendor classification (.claude, .codex, .agy, .gemini), priority weights, and enablement states.
• Candidate Evaluation & Pruning (BootResumeEngine.swift):
  • Unified join across pinned sessions, SessionRecord (registry transcripts), live processes (AgentSession), and active tickets.
  • Implemented deterministic pruning rules:
    • .transcriptMissing: transcript file absent on disk.
    • .sessionLive: process actively running or transcript mtime < 300s.
    • .ticketResolved: ticket status resolved or closed.
    • .claimLapsed: lease expired beyond threshold.
• Identity Collision Detection (FR-6):
  • Detects duplicate candidates sharing the same sessionUUID or overlapping ticket claims and flags them with typed .duplicate eligibility.
• Ranking & Cap Enforcement (FR-4 & FR-5):
  • Ranks blocked tickets as Rank 1, in-progress tickets by heartbeat recency as Rank 2, and idle pins as Rank 3.
  • Automatically admits top $N$ candidates into resumed and withholds remainder in withheld.
• Test Suite (BootResumeEngineTests.swift):
  • Delivered 8 comprehensive test cases validating boot evaluation, pin parsing, pruning rules, collision detection, and cap enforcement.
  • Verified 100% assertions passing across all targets.
