• Inspected apps/Tyrell/Package.swift: confirmed it declares zero external package dependencies. All 15 dependencies are local relative path references (../../lib/ECS*).
• Audited imports across all 52+ Swift source files in apps/Tyrell/Sources/:
  • grep -rn "^import FlyingFox\|^import GRDB\|^import ArgumentParser" returned zero occurrences.
  • Native Apple Network.framework (NWListener/POSIX sockets) replaces FlyingFox.
  • Native libsqlite3 via ECSPersistence replaces GRDB.
  • Native TyrellConfig and TyrellArgs lightweight parsing replaces ArgumentParser.
• Build targets (tyrell, tyrell-app, tyrellbar, tyrelld, tyrell-mcp) compile cleanly offline without third-party network fetches.

Actions Taken

• Claimed and resolved REV-20260831-03 on rdmsm4x ticket engine.
• Committed in issues repo (51289bd) and pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net) and backup (GitHub).
• Broadcasted resolution on the fleet message bus (20260923-085208-4C4AA65B).
