• Sources/TyrellCore/Containers/OrbStackRunner.swift (new): High-efficiency Linux container runner leveraging OrbStack CLI/Docker runtime.
• Sources/TyrellCore/Safety/SubprocessRunner.swift: Added onLaunch process callback hook for early process tracking.
• Tests/TyrellCoreTests/ContainerTestSpawnerTests.swift (new): 7 comprehensive unit and integration tests for all container backends, pipe streaming, cancellation, and event sequencing.
• Package.swift: Excluded Containers directory from TyrellRemoteSupport target to preserve build isolation.

Verification Evidence

• swift test --filter ContainerTestSpawnerTests: 7/7 tests passed in 0.270s.
• swift build: Built cleanly with zero warnings or errors.
• Pushed to origin (git.ecs0.net:git/apps/Tyrell.git) and backup (https://github.com/richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-apps-tyrell.git).
• Pulled cleanly into canonical tree on rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/Tyrell.
• Ticket FEAT-20260831-07 resolved on rdmsm4x and pushed to fleet and backup remotes.
• Broadcast announcement sent across message bus (20260923-102828-4A001894).
