Changes Implemented

1. ops/keysync/fleet_signing_rollout.zsh (ISSUE-20260924-17)

• Problem: fleet_signing_rollout.zsh called ssh "$h.local" without checking reachability. When a spoke laptop (jdmbair13m5) was asleep with lid closed, connection failure returned rc 255/1, triggering false failure counters and filing ISSUE-20260924-17 claiming signing needed reinstallation.
• Remediation:
  • Added resolve_target() to systematically test .local, .ts.dataroo.net, and direct hostname.
  • In verify_host, normalize_host, and install_host, connect to resolved target.
  • Return distinct exit code 2 for unreachable/sleeping hosts, separate from exit code 1 (actual codesigning failure) and 0 (clean pass).
  • In verify loop, tally checked, failed, and unreachable. Return rc 0 when failed == 0 && checked > 0.
• Commit: 99ca744 on fleet (main), pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net) and backup (github.com/richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-fleet.git).

2. RTTy Dashboard Render Loop & Syscall Optimization (ISSUE-20260924-06)

• Problem: RTTy dashboard consumed high CPU when visible due to unmemoized canvas rendering and redundant Darwin kernel syscalls (proc_pidinfo, proc_pidpath) executed thousands of times per second.
• Remediation:
  • Thread-safe KernelAttributionCache (4,096 entries bounded) for PID parentage, bundle names, and canonical IDs.
  • Precomputed X coordinates and bucket cell map in ApplicationFlowGraphView.
  • Memoized UTC date formatter in LiveClockView.
  • Added unattended non-interactive fallback for productsign over SSH in packaging script.
• Commit: 8e58a0e on apps/RTTy (main), pushed to origin, fleet, and backup.

3. Retire Stale Antigravity dev_wiki (TASK-20260903-19)

• Problem: Stale July 21 Next.js dev_wiki gitlink in ai/LLM/Antigravity/antigravity/scratch/dev_wiki caused dual-wiki confusion.
• Remediation:
  • Relocated cleanly to /Users/richh/dev/archive/dev_wiki_ui_salvage/dev_wiki per Pass 3 Executive Decision, standardizing all documentation on dev.ecs0.net.

4. Ticket Store Auditing & Reclassification

• Reclassified blocked owner tickets (CloudKit provisioning, Arista employer materials, MDM PPPC profile upload, GitHub CLI authentication/billing) to blocked or needs-decision with clear notes specifying exact required Rich owner actions.
• Reconciled LANES.md claim holders with live active sessions (Check 12 clean).
