Installed the values-free xentropy-local Codex skill so the local agent has the reviewed metadata-only credential-catalog workflow and cannot treat a queued request as a completed provider rotation.

• Files installed: ~/.codex/skills/xentropy-local/SKILL.md and ~/.codex/skills/xentropy-local/agents/openai.yaml.
• Source: the validated canonical copies on rdmsm4x.
• Actions: pinned the SSH host key, verified scutil --get ComputerName, copied into an isolated temporary directory, verified both SHA-256 digests, and atomically moved the directory into the Codex skill root.

• Outstanding owner actions: start a new Codex task (skills are loaded on the next turn), perform the XEntropy local-cli bootstrap from the foreground GUI session if still pending, and publish this record to the rdmpw3265m Apple Notes folder. No credential values, provider calls, imports, validations, or rotations occurred.
