1. rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/bitROO/make_app.zsh:
   • Added explicit --keychain argument support pointing to ~/Library/Keychains/fleet-signing.keychain-db to prevent errSecInternalComponent failures over headless SSH sessions.
   • Added packaging and codesigning for the Universal2 (arm64 + x86_64) bitroo CLI binary (~/.local/bin/bitroo) alongside BitRoo.app.
   • Committed as ba1deae on main.
2. ~/dev/_ops/devmon/:
   • Synchronized from rdmsm4x to all 5 peer nodes (rdmpw3265m, rdmbair13m5, rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3275m, jdmbair13m5), resolving exit code 127 launchd failures for net.dataroo.devmon.
3. ~/Applications/BitRoo.app & ~/.local/bin/bitroo:
   • Deployed and verified on all 6 fleet machines with Apple Development signature (TeamIdentifier=ZU2882L4HT).

   • bitroo preview clock /tmp/bitroo_test.png verified executing on rdmsm4x, rdmbair13m5, rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3275m, jdmbair13m5, and rdmpw3265m.
4. Devmon Fleet Health:
   • net.dataroo.devmon LaunchAgent bootstrapped and running cleanly (exit code 0) on all hosts.
   • devmon-fleet.sh executed successfully and published to fleet agent bus (fleet-baseline-20260905-054736.md).
5. XEntropy:
   • Confirmed running (PID 78608), clean working tree (b130935), 273/273 tests green.

Backup Locations & Undo

• Git commits in bitROO (ba1deae) can be reverted via git revert.
• BitRoo.app and bitroo can be removed from ~/Applications and ~/.local/bin if uninstallation is desired.
• Deployment rollback snapshots preserved.
