2. Changes Made

Default Mode: All Unoptimized Formulas:
- Invoking without arguments now targets all unoptimized generic bottles installed on the host.
- Automatically excludes massive compilers (llvm, gcc, rust) from standard sweeps for performance (re-enabled via --include-compilers).
Granular Skip & Filter Options:
- --skip <formula1> <formula2>: Exclude specific formulas.
- --compute-only / --heavy: Restrict queue to high-impact AI/compute whitelist.
- --force / --rebuild-all: Ignore receipt provenance and rebuild everything.
- -n / --dry-run: Preview queued formulas without compiling.

3. Verification Evidence

Dry-run on rdmpw3275m (56T): Correctly selected all 198 unoptimized formulas.
Exclusion test on rdmpw3275m: --skip boost ccache successfully excluded both formulas.
Dry-run on rdmpw3265m (48T): Correctly selected all 72 unoptimized formulas.
