Moved five unused non-Git project copies out of the mutable spoke dev tree after preserving the exceptional ECS0lib state canonically.

• Moved: /Users/richh/dev/apps/RDnamed, /Users/richh/dev/lib/ECSCloudKit, /Users/richh/dev/lib/agentkit, /Users/richh/dev/lib/ecs0lib, and empty /Users/richh/dev/apps/replicantDB.
• Spoke recovery: /Users/richh/FleetRecovery/spoke-project-retirement-20260903-1145/files/.
• Canonical recovery: rdmsm4x:/Users/richh/dev/_migration/conflicts/rdmpw3275m-20260903-ecs0lib-loose-object-recovery/.
• Verification: fresh lsof and launchd-reference checks were clear; all 7,797 ECS0lib files matched canonical recovery before the move; every moved file passed SHA-256 after the move.

• Outstanding: eight ECS0lib blobs require owner review because they were not reachable from a canonical ref; Tyrell remains gated by TASK-20260831-30. Apple Notes publication is pending because this change ran over SSH in a Background domain.
