Changes Made

1. Rule 36 Added to ~/.agent-coordination/AGENT_COORDINATION.md:
   • Codified Rule 36: Autonomous Advancement & Self-Directed Progress.
   • Established the Anti-Stall & Standing Auto-Approval Mandate: prohibits idling or yielding turns to ask open-ended questions when goals are assigned or the user has stepped away.
   • Formalized the Executive Decision Protocol (DEC-*): evaluate constraints, render decisions, record rationale and alternatives, and execute immediately.
   • Defined strict bias to momentum over inaction.
   • Codified the Four True Exceptions that justify stopping or escalating to Rich: (1) physical action/Apple ID/2FA/master keychain; (2) spending real money; (3) contradicting recorded DEC-*; (4) destructive user data deletion.
2. Updated ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md to v4.2:
   • Added primary section: ## Autonomous advancement & anti-stall — ALWAYS APPLY, EVERY HARNESS, EVERY AGENT.
3. Updated ~/.codex/AGENTS.md:
   • Added Section 7: ## 7. Autonomous advancement — decide, execute, never stall.

6. Fleet-Wide Synchronization:
   • Reconciled all 6 nodes via fleet_config_reconcile.zsh.
   • Cleared Homebrew cache on jdmbair13m5 to free disk space (restored 1.9 GiB free space) to permit file deployment.
   • Verified SHA-256 parity across all 6 nodes.
