Implemented and verified the Verified Resolution Receipts auto-capture and re-confirmation engine in Tyrell (FEAT-20260901-29), establishing programmatic cryptographic proof bundles (commits, touched files, build exit codes, parsed test delta counts, and raw logs) for fleet ticket resolutions.

1. Core Domain & Verification Engine (TyrellCore/Evidence):
   • Authored ResolutionEvidenceModels.swift: Codable, Sendable domain models for VCS commits, build/test execution, bundle schemas, and bidirectional summary line formatters.
   • Authored ResolutionEvidenceEngine.swift: actor coordinating Thread 0 isolation via SubprocessRunner, concurrent >64 KB pipe draining, dual XCTest and Swift Testing output log parsing, streaming SHA-256 CryptoKit digest trees, POSIX 0o444 immutable bundle directory storage under ~/dev/issues/evidence/<ticket-id>/<timestamp>/, and tamper detection.
2. CLI Subcommands (tyrell evidence):
   • Authored Sources/tyrell/EvidenceCommand.swift (267 lines): tyrell evidence capture <ticket-id> and tyrell evidence reconfirm <ticket-id>.
   • Integrated into Sources/tyrell/Tyrell.swift (case "evidence" and standard help).
3. Stateless MCP Tools (tyrell-mcp):
   • Registered and implemented capture_resolution_evidence and reconfirm_resolution_evidence in Sources/tyrell-mcp/MCPMain.swift supporting JSON-RPC 2.0.
4. Acceptance Verification:
   • 53 unit and challenger tests passing (100% pass) under Swift 6 strict concurrency with zero compiler warnings.
   • Empirical E2E testing verified:
     • tyrell evidence capture creates complete bundle and SHA-256 digests.
     • tyrell evidence reconfirm reports CONFIRMED on clean tree.
     • tyrell evidence reconfirm reports DRIFTED with test delta when tests are modified.
     • MCP tools/call verified for both tools.
   • Official resolution receipt bundle captured for FEAT-20260901-29: [VERIFIED:280f601e1a69] commits:973a42d files:9 build:rc=0(0.14s) tests:39/39 bundle:~/dev/issues/evidence/FEAT-20260901-29/20260906-040028.
   • Ticket FEAT-20260901-29 resolved with official receipt.
