• CLAUDE.md: added the standard header; corrected which folders are git repos (all of apps/, sites/; in lib/ only ecs0lib and ECSCloudKit; fleet/* none); added macOS-ramDisk-app and xcode-fleet-20260831; documented the loose root files (ECSMemory run state, deploy_worktree_files.py, survey_portfolio.py, footlights.zsh drifted from the ecs0lib copy); added a Build/test section pointing to per-project CLAUDE.md files and lib/four_platform_gate.zsh; added the zsh nomatch glob trap.
• AGENTS.md (already synced by another agent at 16:54): ~/.Codex/AGENTS.md -> ~/.codex/AGENTS.md.

• Structure checked after each edit (6 sections; each replacement asserted a single match).
