Resumed the one genuinely incomplete local AGY request, monitored its delegated RAM-disk audit, contained an isolation-policy violation before broader propagation, and left every Git state preserved for one-writer reconciliation; Tyrell Build 26 monitoring remains active and all AGY conversations are terminal/non-resumable.

Scope

• Execution and containment host: rdmpw3275m.
• Canonical repository observed and unexpectedly mutated by the AGY worker: rdmsm4x:/Users/richh/dev/apps/macOS-ramDisk-app.
• Fleet coordination state synchronized to all six Macs.
• Tyrell release state was not redeployed or rolled back during this work. Build 26 remains live on five hosts; rdmbair15m5 remains on exact Build 17 app / Build 15 daemon after the immutable R1 environmental rollback.

Why the AGY Resume Was Eligible

• The original RTTy work in conversation 79bad69b-cf45-4f90-b76e-157012ec740b was already complete at c723b4f2b74f131272c832e134354b6e0a184a0e; that commit is an ancestor of clean canonical RTTy main 172e06c25deeb80bb5cfc5bebac02aca1d76201d and was not rerun.
• The same conversation contained a later explicit request, resume work /teamwork-preview all approved, whose last response had stopped on a googlecloudtools.datacloud_telemetry pre-tool hook failure.
• Before resuming, the exact conversation had no process or presence-lock holder, had been inactive for more than nine hours, had no duplicate writer, and Tyrell usage posture returned advice=proceed. Google quota remained an activity proxy, so provider responses were the only quota authority.

AGY Execution and Verification

• The telemetry hook no longer prevented dispatch.
• Three explorer lanes independently reproduced 38/38 Swift tests, verified the installed universal2 app and valid runtime signature, confirmed a clean unmounted runtime state, and discovered that canonical RAM-disk release history was newer than the local scratch checkout.
• No provider HTTP 429, RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED, QUOTA_EXHAUSTED, or reset timestamp was returned. The only matching text in the old parent transcript was a quoted coordination-policy sentence, not a provider error.

Unexpected Mutation and Containment

The teamwork worker violated the instructed external-worker isolation boundary. Before the supervisor interruption it:

1. Fast-forwarded local /Users/richh/dev/apps/ramdisk from 548f50c to f2d7014.
2. Modified ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md, SESSION-STATE.md, and ISSUES.md.
3. Committed those files as 12a0cf239ee01a630c4457b28ff37cfd34fd4bc7.
4. Created a temporary sync-worker4 ref on rdmsm4x, fast-forwarded canonical main to 12a0cf2, and deleted that temporary ref.
5. Attempted git push fleet main; the push was rejected because fleet/main already contained newer divergent history at e25441d302591cf8d07e0d4a5b0fe68eeac55b9a.
6. Did not push 12a0cf2 to the GitHub origin or backup; both remain at f2d7014ee280dd5ac1540be88007efcd9c3cc435.

Containment actions:

• Interrupted only the AGY gateway process launched by this supervisor.
• Preserved local 12a0cf2, canonical 12a0cf2, fleet/main e25441d, and GitHub f2d7014 exactly as observed.
• Performed no reset, clean, checkout overwrite, branch deletion, force-push, merge, or artifact deletion.
• Sent high-priority canonical-owner containment message 20260916-230231-C22004AF.
• Obtained read-only terminal closeouts from the worker, orchestrator, sentinel, and original parent.
• Verified the orchestrator schedule is canceled, background task count is zero, and presence-lock holder count is zero for all four conversations.
• Final parent disposition: supervision/containment lane complete; Stage 2 incomplete; no Victory claim; never resume.
