2. Changes Delivered

1. LatencyCore Project Spec Parsing:
   • In Tests/ScriptTests/standard_source_reference_closure_test.py: added latency_core_project_sources() parsing LatencyCore sources from Apps/RTTyStandard/project.yml.
2. Strict Disk vs Project Spec Closure:
   • Asserted that every path in project.yml exists on disk.
   • Asserted that all .swift files under Sources/LatencyCore on disk are registered in project.yml, failing closed on any unregistered files.
3. Resolvable Type Scoping:
   • Scoped resolvable types strictly to allowlisted Sources/RTTy and registered LatencyCore sources, rather than unconstrained rglob.

3. Verification Evidence

• standard_source_reference_closure_test.py: PASS (70 allowlisted, 12 Direct-only, 57 LatencyCore registered).
• Negative control: verified that touching an unregistered test file Sources/LatencyCore/DummyUnregisteredProbe.swift causes immediate gate failure.
• standard_project_test.sh: PASS (PBX Sources phase matches compiler projection).
• Commit 3aa19e1 merged to canonical main (rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/RTTy) and pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net:git/apps/RTTy.git) and backup (github.com/richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-apps-rtty.git).
• Ticket ISSUE-20260911-14 resolved in dev/issues (commit 83e88f6) and pushed to fleet and backup.
• Fleet broadcast sent via agent_msg.zsh broadcast --topic issue-20260911-14-resolved.
