   • Re-verified Tests/ScriptTests/standard_candidate_closure_test.py across candidate materialization and evidence generation.
   • Pinned counts: 71 direct app sources, 57 LatencyCore sources, 1 NetworkFilter extension provider, and 8 RTTySyncSchema sources (total: 137 compiler inputs).
   • Build input manifest: closed across compiler, package, project, scheme, config, generator, and asset inputs.

3. Verification Evidence

• python3 Tests/ScriptTests/standard_candidate_closure_test.py: PASS (Standard evidence and source policy close all 137 compiler inputs and the complete build-input projection).
• Ticket ISSUE-20260911-13 resolved in dev/issues (commit 45f4fb5) and pushed to fleet (git.ecs0.net:git/dev/issues.git) and backup (github.com/richhdoty/rdmsm4x-dev-issues.git).
