Implemented TyrellBar menu bar attention alerting and 1-click supervisor approval action strip adhering strictly to architectural constraint AD-1.

Summary

• Implemented ApprovalEndpointClient in TyrellBarSupport communicating with tyrelld over localhost HTTP (ports 43117/43118), completely avoiding actor singletons across process boundaries (AD-1).
• Extended StatusMeterDisplaySource with .attention case and configured StatusItemCompactText to produce "APPROVE" in compact menu bar mode.
• Enhanced LEDActivityRow to pulse amber/orange (LEDLoomPalette.amber) synchronously across the gauge cluster and compact status item at 1 Hz with zero frame-rate degradation.
• Implemented ApprovalQuickActionView embedded dynamically inside FocusPanelHeader, displaying the top pending approval's tool name, command/target path, priority/risk badge, requesting agent ID, and 1-click Approve (.acceptOnce) and Reject (.cancelTurn) action buttons.
• Configured dynamic attention clearing: resolving an approval removes it from StatusFeed.pendingApprovals, returning the menu bar to normal evidence rotation immediately.
• Resolved an existing Xcode 26.6 IRGen closure thunk compiler bug in SettingsView.swift by wrapping binding setters in explicit closures.
• Verified 92/92 tests passing in 19 suites in TyrellBarSupportTests on both local (rdmpw3275m) and canonical (rdmsm4x) hosts. Fast-forward merged to main at 40a66a9, pushed to both fleet (git.ecs0.net) and backup (github.com) remotes, and resolved FEAT-20260903-04.
