Resolved Xcode 26.6 / Swift 6.3.3 IRGen signal 6 compiler crash on macos-26 runner and local hosts (ISSUE-20260916-19).

Summary

Diagnosed root cause of IRGen fatal error: While emitting IR SIL function "@$sSbScA_pSgIeAghyg_SbIeAghn_TR" in Sources/tyrell-app/SettingsView.swift (Requested capacity (4294967297) in llvm::SmallVectorBase::grow_pod).
Passing actor-isolated instance method tear-offs directly to Binding.set: (Bool) -> Void (model.setCycle, model.setPinned, and onEnabled) caused the Swift 6.3.3 compiler to synthesize an @isolated(any) actor reabstraction thunk that triggered an infinite recursion and buffer overflow in LLVM code generation.
Replaced method references with explicit closures: { model.setCycle($0) }, { model.setPinned($0) }, and { onEnabled($0) }.
Verified full swift build passes cleanly across the entire workspace on both Intel (rdmpw3275m) and Apple Silicon (rdmsm4x), successfully compiling and linking tyrell-app, tyrell, tyrellbar, tyrelld, and tyrell-mcp.
Resolved ISSUE-20260916-19 on rdmsm4x and broadcasted resolution across the fleet bus.

swift build on rdmpw3275m (Xcode 26.6, Swift 6.3.3):
- Full build passed cleanly in 28.41s with all 5 targets linked and applied (tyrell-app, tyrell, tyrellbar, tyrelld, tyrell-mcp).
swift test --filter TyrellBarSupportTests on rdmsm4x:
- 92/92 tests in 19 suites green in 0.008s.
Ticket ISSUE-20260916-19 resolved via ~/bin/ticket resolve.
