Summary of Changes

1. Multi-Account Credential Ingestion: Implemented support in KeychainCredentialPool for reading and storing credential profiles (profiles.json) securely across providers.
2. Dynamic UI Dimming and Sorting: Updated MultiAccountProviderView and ProvidersView to dim disabled accounts/providers and sort disabled items to the bottom of the card list.
3. Reactive Notifications: Wired UserDefaults.didChangeNotification on provider toggle to propagate state changes immediately across dashboard views and status items.
4. Rebase & Clean Integration: Rebased local feature branch onto latest fleet/main (a09ea5d), opened GitHub PR #46, merged via admin merge into main (ec450d8), added checkpoint (2e6f91a), and pushed to both fleet and backup remotes. Fast-forwarded canonical rdmsm4x:~/dev/apps/Tyrell.
