• Worktree was clean immediately after the commit.

Preservation and backups

• Existing /Users/richh/dev/concepts/codex-consolidation and the August MacFleetRepair checkpoint remain unchanged read-only evidence.
• No source project, remote host, Codex database, provider account store, or archive was modified.
• Active LogTTY and amagansett.app owner leases are explicit exclusions.

Undo

After confirming no later portfolio work depends on it, remove only /Users/richh/dev/fleet/portfolio-consolidation and this coordinator check-in/changelog. No source-project rollback is required because no source project changed.

Outstanding owner actions

• None. The coordinator will retry the supported Codex project/task listing interface; project IDs will not be fabricated.
