Commands and operations

• Resolved the executing host and read the mandatory fleet and coordination policies.
• Inspected exact Git root, branch, full HEAD, worktree inventory, and staged, unstaged, and untracked state.
• Queried the six fleet hosts read-only for installed RTTy bundle versions, build numbers, and identifiers.
• Inspected relevant RTTy task chronology and outcomes without copying account stores, credentials, cookies, or raw task databases.
• Rendered the HTML dashboard through macOS Quick Look and visually inspected the resulting image.
• Created persisted Build 42 successor task 01a030e1-b04b-78f0-8e62-baaabd91c34c in read-only mode; its first run was stopped after repeated tool-host negotiation timeouts and made no source changes.
• Attempted supported project discovery, task title, and archive operations. They did not return successfully, and read-only verification showed no archive-state change.

Verification evidence

• /Applications/RTTy.app is version 0.3.818, Build 40, bundle net.dataroo.RTTy on all six hosts.
• The separate rdmbair15m5:/Users/richh/Applications/RTTy.app reports version/build 822.42, bundle com.eastcoastscience.rtty; it was preserved as unknown-owner evidence.
• Canonical source remains on work/restore-build39-removals at full HEAD aad146503208bca8cdc00de4dbdd4a34292eac13 with its dirty state preserved.
• Build 41 is recorded as a non-deployed evidence lane whose overlapping release evidence remains quarantined after a production-Keychain test prompt.
• The new dashboard, product definition, feature status, plan, issue register, session receipt, and compact task ledger are present and cross-linked.

Backup and recovery

• No RTTy source file, installed application, database, preference, Keychain item, or task/account database was modified, so no source rollback artifact was required.
• Existing raw tasks and the dirty canonical checkout remain the provenance and recovery sources.
• The new project folder can be removed only by an explicit future owner decision; until then it is the primary product and task authority.

Undo

• Revert the two PROJECTS.md additions with a normal patch if the project registration is superseded.
• Move /Users/richh/Documents/Codex/Projects/RTTy-app to Trash only after another accepted project authority contains the same manifest, product definition, feature status, plan, issue register, and task ledger.
• No source-code rollback is necessary because source was read-only.

Outstanding owner actions

• Move the currently running Codex task into Rich's newly created remote RTTy project through the Codex UI, or retry supported project routing after discovery recovers.
• Resume Build 42 task 01a030e1-b04b-78f0-8e62-baaabd91c34c after its tool host is healthy.
• Archive the product-ingested predecessor tasks only after the new project has accepted the handoff and each archive operation returns success.
• Decide the Build 42 scope for Tidbyt Phase 1 and any Direct traceroute, MTR, or privileged-capture slice.
