Summary: Froze ~/dev/arista on rdmsm4x, purged non-Arista references from its docs, re-homed all seven non-customer projects to clean-named private GitHub repos on the personal account, stripped and queued deletion of the customer (BNY) repos, and archived 188 arista-related fleet coordination threads off-tree. Matters because customer material is now isolated (frozen, delete-pending, zero remotes) while personal-side development (e.g. the terminal app) can resume from clean private repos.

Scope

• Host: rdmsm4x, 2026-08-25 ~00:27–00:34 EDT. Local ~/dev/arista + GitHub (richhdoty)
  • read-only thread pulls from the five other fleet Macs.

Changes

1. Freeze markers: STATUS banners prepended to root and every project CLAUDE.md; index.html carries a TREE FROZEN banner; HANDOVER.md plan-of-record rewritten (2026-08-24 work-laptop-primary plan superseded).
2. Purge: all fleet hostnames, personal GitHub account references, Cloudflare account IDs, codex_links/ledger workflow refs, ~/Desktop/agy + ~/dev/LLM paths removed from every *.md in the tree (sed pass, residual grep clean). Stale .claude scheduler locks removed from arcedb/bny. bny/reviews/pending-codex-links-rows.md moved to ~/dev/archive/arista-purge-20260825/.
3. Re-homed repos (all PRIVATE, personal account): eosTTY→eostty (3a138bb), globalrib→globalrib (f62b602), eosvision→eosvision (3cb9753), AristaTerminal→arista-terminal (b220353), _blueprints/Arista_and_EOS→arista-eos-blueprints (0d1c800), cve→acve (a47b696, first git init), arcedb→arcedb (4f56a55, ~250 MB history). Old hostname-named remotes kept as legacy (arcedb's old work-account origin as work-legacy).
4. Customer (bny): freeze commit b0cb12f LOCAL ONLY; all three remotes removed (backup, origin, work-origin-legacy). Deletion of rdmsm4x-dev-bny and bny-1wtc-campus-docs BLOCKED on missing delete_repo scope — filed in ~/dev/ISSUES.md as Rich-only with exact commands. Nothing deleted locally; images and field-reports/ retained, marked DELETE PENDING.
5. Thread archive: 188 files (143 local + 45 from the five peers' checkins) matching arista/bny/eostty/arcedb/eosvision/globalrib copied to ~/dev/archive/arista-threads-20260825/ (originals untouched).
6. Registries: ~/dev/PROJECTS.md eosTTY row corrected to the real path + freeze entry appended; noted the eosTTY test-claim conflict (TEST_READY.md 236/236 vs the registry's earlier "claim retracted post-audit") for re-verification on resume.

Verification

• Residual purge grep over tree *.md: zero matches for hostnames/account/IDs.
• git remote in bny: empty. All seven new repos confirmed created; pushes returned the HEADs listed above. gh auth verified as richhdoty; all repos PRIVATE.

Undo

• Freeze/purge edits are ordinary commits in each repo — revert via git. bny purge commit is local-only (b0cb12f). Thread archive is copies; originals remain in ~/.agent-coordination/ on each host. New repos can be deleted; legacy remotes still point at the old repos (which were NOT deleted).

Outstanding owner actions

• Run the delete_repo scope grant + two gh repo delete commands (ISSUES.md, top).
• Apple Notes changelog entry PENDING (Notes automation still down fleet-wide).
