Summary: dev.dataroo.net now has a working nav on every page, a new auto-generated Directory page covering all 122 project folders in ~/dev plus a full site map (orphan pages now impossible), and a fleet-wide doc scan confirmed no documentation is missing from the canonical tree.

Scope

rdmsm4x only (site generator + published wiki). Remote hosts probed read-only over SSH.

What was wrong (found 01:21–01:30 EDT)

Nav broken on all 17 product pages: gen_site.py's shared shell used root-relative hrefs; from /p/*.html, "Portfolio"→/p/index.html (404), "Agents"→404, "DevSort"→404, and "Fleet" silently opened the fleet product page instead of the host table.
Six page families orphaned (zero inbound links): apps.html, ai-architecture-blueprint.html, the whole tyrell/ suite (hub/gallery/mockups/renders), llmroo/, localLLM/. monitor/ was reachable only via agents.html.
Portfolio covers 17 curated products; ~/dev holds 122 project folders with no index anywhere on the site.

Files touched

~/dev/scripts/gen_site.py — the scheduled generator (site regenerates on a cron; hand-editing wiki HTML is futile): shell() gained base prefix (product pages pass ../); new directory_page() + DOMAINS scan + readme_lede()/page_title(); product pages render curated pages links; main() writes directory.html; nav gained "Directory".
~/dev/data/products.json — added pages to tyrell / ai-architecture / devmon / fleet. Backup: products.json.bak-20260825-0130.
Regenerated ~/dataroo.net/wiki/ (index, fleet, directory, 17 p/ pages).

Verification evidence (01:32–01:35 EDT)

BFS crawl from index over http://127.0.0.1:8787: 33 HTML pages reachable, zero orphans on disk, no broken internal links (two crawler-artifact entries traced to my crawler's slash-stripping, re-verified 200 with correct URLs; one JS template string false hit).
Product-page nav now emits ../index.html etc.; directory.html shows "14 of 122 project folders have pages"; ts.net mirror serves directory.html (title verified); public URL still 401-challenges unauthenticated (auth untouched).

Fleet doc scan (parallel SSH, all 5 hosts, ~30s)

No documentation/PRD/spec on any fleet host is missing from rdmsm4x. Only host-local files are .RETIRED.md pointer stubs. Details + publish candidates in the report above.

Undo

git-less tree: restore products.json.bak-20260825-0130; revert gen_site.py edits (three additions marked with 2026-08-25 comments); rerun gen_site.py --no-fleet.

Optional: publish ~/dev/apps/portfolio-prds.html and ~/dev/_ops/portfolio/agy-blueprints/all_projects_prds_and_resume_guide.html to the wiki (flagged in the scan report; not done — outward-facing publish needs Rich's call).
