Summary: Tyrell day session (post-drain, 13:50–16:05 EDT): usage/quota monitoring shipped end-to-end fleet-wide, LED Loom UI (shell + Sessions + Config panels + tyrellbar v2) built and deployed as signed UNIVERSAL bundles to ~/Applications on 5 hosts, delivery plan + 10 architecture decisions locked, session paused until Fable weekly reset (Friday 10AM).

Scope: rdmsm4x + rdmbair15m5/rdmpw3275m/rdmpw3265m/rdmbair13m5 (jdm asleep). Repo: ~/dev/apps/Tyrell main, commits 99f47e5..6ddef9b (nothing pushed).

Changes

• MCP usage_status tool + usage_collector.zsh (real token accounting from local transcripts → ~/.tyrell/usage.json, 5h/7d buckets by model) + ceilings CALIBRATED against Rich's actual /usage panel (sub-point accurate) + ceiling-confidence tagging. Policy v3.1 (dev-db session) cites it; proven to change agent behavior.
• verify-cas subcommand (92,248 blobs PASS, 51s) — §17 gate leg 2. #14 prune shipped.
• UI: MainShell (sidebar/stat cards/sparkline/dot-board), SessionsPanel, ConfigEditorPanel (secrets double-masked), tyrellbar v2 (launch-to-dashboard, dropdown charts). deploy_app_fleet.zsh: signed-copy GUI deploys; universal (arm64+x86_64) bundles after Intel launch failure. Deploy-latest-always standing.
• Docs: spec §26 (resource monitoring) §27 (App Store split), delivery plan, ARCHITECTURE-DECISIONS.md AD-1..10, ISSUES #21-#24.
• sysmon catches routed: chronod leak (Rich), RTTy nettop livelock (RTTy session).

Per-commit git revert in ~/dev/apps/Tyrell; app: remove ~/Applications/Tyrell.app per host; collector: rm ~/.tyrell/usage.json + usage-limits.json.
